Full Registration:  Attendee is entitled to attend speaker lectures: workshops (on a sign-up basis): exhibit area: program of events: goodie bag: and ALL social events (members in good standing of other IAI Divisions or IAI are considered members for registration purposes)

Retired member Registration:  Same value as full registration.  Must be retired and not working as a consultant.

Spouse/Guest:  Entitled to spouse/guest goodie bag: exhibits: ALL spouse/guest events: and ALL social events.

Full-time student:  Same value as full registration.  Must provide proof of class schedule with 12 or more units and not be employed more than 20 hours per week.

Daily Registration:  Photocopied daily program: attend speakers lectures: workshops (on a sign-up basis): and exhibit area.

Training certificates will be given to all full registrants, retired member registrants; full-time student registrants; and daily registrants.

Cancellation:  Cancellations received in written form via mail or fax (408 264-6780) prior to April 11, 2008 will receive a full refund excluding a $30.00 processing fee.  Cancellations after April 11, 2008 will be handled on a per case basis.

Hotel Reservations must be made by the individual seminar attendee.  Rate is $109.00 per night at the Ontario Airport DoubleTree (909)  937-0900.  Refer to CSD IAI when making your reservations. Cut-off for reservations at the seminar rate is April 8, 2008.
